Rexburg Police investigate Jack in the Box burglary

Rexburg Police are investigating a burglary at the Jack In the Box restaurant.

Police Captain Randy Lewis said someone entered the locked business, disarmed the alarm system, and opened the drive-through window. The burglar then used two codes to open the safe and stole $1,919 in cash and change.

The burglarywas discovered at around 6 a.m. Monday. Investigation of the theft is continuing.
