Local Inn to be featured on Travel Channel
A program featuring the Lava Hot Springs Inn will air on the Travel Channel Saturday.
Cable-One has the program listed to air at 10 p.m. MT. Dish Network and Directv have the program listed to air at 7 p.m. MT. Check your local cable provider for listings.
The program is part of a network series called “Ghost Adventures”.
Inn owner George Katsilometes says there have been at least fifteen reports of para-normal activity over the past 27 years. Those reports have ranged from people seeing ghosts or shadows to people hearing banging sounds.
He thinks the past may have something to do with it. The Inn was first built as a hospital in 1924, became a rest home, and was converted into a hotel in 1988.
