Idaho Falls man arrested for aggravated battery

Idaho Falls Police arrested 26-year-old Zachary Jacobson for aggravated battery after he pushed a woman out of a moving vehicle on Monday.

Jacobson of Idaho Falls was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.

According to the Idaho Falls Police, officers responded to the Grand Teton Mall parking lot around noon after someone reported seeing a woman lying in the middle of the road unconscious. The officers found the woman and while speaking with the victim they learned that she and Jacobson had an argument while driving. He then pushed her from the moving car.

Jacobson was located in the 1000 block of Kearney and arrested.
