Fort Hall man pleads not guilty to drug charges
Duncan Tendoy, 51, of Fort Hall, appeared in U.S. District Court Tuesday and pleaded not guilty to a charge of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
A jury trial is scheduled before Chief U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill on February 16, 2016. Tendoy was indicted by the federal grand jury in Pocatello on November 24, 2015.
The indictment alleges that on August 9, 2015, Tendoy possessed methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it.
The charge of distribution of methamphetamine is punishable by up to 30 years in prison, a maximum fine of $2,000,000, and at least six years of supervised release.
The case was investigated by the Fort Hall Police Department and the Bingham County Sheriff’s Office.
