Officer Zeke retires from the Idaho Falls Police Department

After nine years of service, Idaho Falls Police Department Canine Officer Zeke is retiring.

A celebration of officer Zeke was held with a special assembly at Longfellow Elementary. The school said goodbye to Zeke who served at the school in the Blue in the School program.

Zeke’s partner, Officer Johnson said that Zeke will spend he rest of his days with her and her other dog. A replacement dog will be appointed sometime in 2016.
