Illness forces closure of Bonneville county charter school

American Heritage Charter School in New Sweden has cancelled classes Thursday and Friday due to illness.

The school is reporting a high percentage of fever among its 260 kindergarten through tenth grade students. The illness is described as a stomach virus.

A spokesperson said the school has averaged about 85 percent attendance this week.
