One killed, 37 injured in Las Vegas

A car mowed over 30 pedestrians on the Las Vegas strip. One is dead and seven are in critical condition.

Authorities are unsure of whether this was an accident or intentional at this time.

The driver is in custody; undergoing various tests, including one for alcohol.
