Avalanche control closures planned

The Wyoming Department of Transportation is planning avalanche control work on two regional highways.

The Hoback River Canyon on US 191 will be closed at 4 p.m. However, WYDOT said deteriorating weather conditions could force an earlier closure. Travelers should plan accordingly.

Teton Pass on WY22 is scheduled for closure at 3 a.m. Tuesday. Like US 191, deteriorating weather could force an earlier closure.
