Salmon air quality advisory lifted
The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality has lifted an air quality advisory for the Salmon area.
As of Monday morning, DEQ notified Salmon residents that air quality is currently in the “moderate” category because of high levels of fine particulate matter.
People who are unusually sensitive to air pollution may experience health impacts and should consider reducing prolonged or heavy exertion.
All outdoor open burning is prohibited.
