Preston man killed in Utah rollover

Jay B. Heusser,58, of Preston was killed Tuesday when his pickup rolled over near milepost 29 on Interstate 84 in Utah.

The Utah Highway Patrol said Heusser’s 2010 Dodge 4500 pickup went through the median and rolled off the eastbound side of the interstate.

Heusser was travelling westbound when his front left tire separated. His pickup then left the roadway into the median.

Patrol investigators said the truck rolled several times down anembankment and came to rest on its wheels.

While it was rolling, Heusser slipped out of the seatbelt and was ejected. He was killed instantly.

According to Highway Patrol reports, the truck was hauling two large containers of what appeared to be some type of liquid feed for cattle.
