Dr. Fahim Rahim discusses the fight against polio in Pakistan
Dr. Fahim Rahim met with the Pocatello Rotary Club Thursday to discuss his efforts to help curb Polio in Pakistan.
He and his brother, Naeem, own and operate the Idaho Kidney Institute with offices in Pocatello, Blackfoot, and Idaho Falls. Fahim is also the founder of the JRM Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that raises funds for numerous charities internationally.
As a Pakistani native, Rahim is passionate about helping those with Polio.
It’s also the major goal of Rotary International. Rotarians have helped immunize more than 2 billion children with polio in 122 countries since 1979.
