ORIGINAL STORY:

Idaho Falls police tell Local News 8/KIDK Eyewitness News aman was spotted enticing children at Papa Tom’s Saturday afternoon.

Multiple parents, who we won’t name for safety concerns, tell us the man asked children as young as 3 years old to go to his van to see puppies.

He’s described as a tall white man with strawberry blonde hair and a red beard.

The parents tell us he appears to be in his late 30s to early 40s.

The man was seen driving a green van pictured above. The license plate number is 2C GG408.

The parents tell us that police told them the license plate is not registered.

The IFPD would not confirm the man’s description or that the license plate is not registered.

The families want to remind everyone to make sure their children are aware of “stranger danger.”

If you see this vehicle call IFPD at 529-1200.
