The woman and her daughters are recovering after the Tuesday attack in Centerville, Utah.

Sublette County Sheriff’s Office says that shortly after 10 p.m. MDT Saturday, the younger Harrison was arrested without incident in the Half Moon Lake area of western Wyoming and booked into the Sublette County Detention Center.

His father, 51-year-old Flint Wayne Harrison had turned himself in earlier in the day and immediately began helping authorities seek his son

Original Story: Authorities say a man accused of luring a woman and her four teenage daughters to a Utah house and tying them up in the basement has surrendered in Wyoming.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office said 51-year-old Flint Wayne Harrison surrendered early Saturday and immediately began helping authorities seek his son, 22-year-old Dereck James “DJ” Harrison, who is still at large.

Investigators believe the son is also in western Wyoming and is armed and dangerous. The sheriff’s office says the men had been in the back country since Thursday.

Police say the father and son were paranoid after using methamphetamine before the Tuesday attack. The woman was beaten with a baseball bat. She and her daughters escaped and are recovering.

Police say the assault targeted the woman, who knows the son.
