Senator Mike Crapo speaks about Trump’s policies

This week Idaho Republicans will select delegates to head to the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.

Donald trump is the presumptive GOP nominee, but Idahoans did not support him in the March 8th primary.

Ted Cruz won Idaho with more than 45 percent of the vote.

Trump only got about 28 percent.

Sen. Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) said he will support whoever the GOP nominee is because those are principles he believes in.

“Whether Donald Trump was my first choice or not, it doesn’t matter, the fact is that he has now become or will soon become the nominee of the republican party,” Crapo said.
