Update: Brush fire contained in Fort Hall

A brush fire burning in Fort Hall is now contained at 25 acres.

The fire is burning along Interstate 15 and Ross Fork Road.

Fire crews from Fort Hall, Chubbuck and BLM are still there for mop up activities.

Everyone who was evacuated has been allowed to return home.

Fire crews are working to put out a brush fire in Fort Hall.

The 20 acre fire is burning near exit 80 along Interstate 15.

Fire crews from Fort Hall, Blackfoot, Chubbuck, Pocatello and the BLM responded.

9 Homes were evacuated as a precaution, no damage to buildings has been reported.

The fire is currently about 80 percent contained. The cause of the fire is unknown this time.
