Idaho Falls street light falls into the street
No one was hurt when an Idaho Falls Power street light fell into an intersection at around 2 p.m. Friday.
People who live near the intersection of Johnson and Kelsey said the wooden pole rotted out.
Idaho Falls Power crews de-charged the light and wrapped the line out of the street, then used a chainsaw to cut the pole into sections.
Idaho Falls Power will replace the pole next week.
