New restaurant opens in downtown Idaho Falls

A new restaurant is open in downtown Idaho Falls.

A Street Soup Market is in it’s third week.

You’ll find a variety of soups, sandwiches and salads on the menu. Everything from the stocks to the bread is made from scratch. The restaurant tries to use mostly local ingredients.

Chef and owner Bryan Lloyd said he wanted to bring something different to the community.

“I chose soups also because they’re comfort foods,” he said. “World-wide soups are just comfort food… We get creative with all of our soups, and that’s where a lot of our creativity goes is in our soups.”
