Woman charged with aggravated battery

Pocatello police arrested a man and a woman in the 1200 block of South 3rd after they got into an argument with a stranger shortly after 9 p.m. Sunday.

According to reports, Brittany Ann Bolliger, 25, and Scott Lemar Bush, Jr., 20, were looking for their dog when they got involved in a fight with a resident of the neighborhood. During the fight, Bolliger struck the male victim in the head with a hammer while she and Bush were struggling with him.

The victim did not know the two. He was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Bolliger was charged with aggravated battery and Bush with simple battery. Investigation is continuing.

Bolliger and Bush were listed as transients.
