Suspect in Alpine Subway armed robbery arrested

The Lincoln County, Wyoming Sheriff’s office has arrested a man they say robbed a Subway in Alpine, Wyoming at gun point.

36-year-old Bryan Moorehouse of Jackson was arrested for felony aggravated robbery Thursday evening.

On Wednesday the sheriff’s office received reports of the Alpine Subway being robbed by a man with a gun. The suspect was described as a white male wearing a cream colored fedora, black jacket, sunglasses, blue jeans and gloves. The man took cash from the restaurant and fled on foot.

Deputies were already on the way to the area when they got the call about the robbery. A suspicous vehicle had been reported in the area. After investigating deputies determined that the car and robbery were likely related and impounded the car.

After interviewing witnesses and investigating the car further, the sheriff’s office obtained an arrest warrant for Moorehouse. He was arrested without incident on Thusday evening.
