Transmitter difficulties for KIFI Local News 8 and its subchannels

UPDATE 4:50 p.m. Transmitter has been fixed.

ORIGINAL:

KIFI Local News 8 is experiencing technical difficulties with its main transmitter for over-the-air customers. This affects channels 8.1 (KIFI), 8.2 (CW) , 8.3 (Telemundo) and 8.4 (Local News 8 NOW).

The outage is also affecting satellite customers.

Cable One customers are not affected by the outage.

Engineers are working to correct the problem and hope to be up as soon as possible.
