KIFI/KIDK/KXPI-TV is looking for a HR Coordinator/Finance Support to serve as corporate HR liaison for station employees as well as support for the finance department.
HR Coordinator support recruiting and development of employees in all departments. Responsibilities include, posting of all open positions, tracking resumes and ensuring they are given to managers in a timely manner. You will be coordinating new hire benefits and orientation. In addition the HR Coordinator is responsible for interpreting and communicating company policies, working with management in resolving employee disciplinary and performance issues, overseeing annual benefit enrollment, payroll, and completing processes and recordkeeping duties as instructed.
This position is additionally responsible for supporting the station’s internal communication and safety efforts, conducting station tours, organizing meetings, completing FCC and EEO annual reports, learning business office procedures including assisting with accounting functions, and performing other duties as assigned.
This position requires an experienced, detail-oriented, well-organized office professional, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in support of varying deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, employment law, strong computer knowledge, intermediate MS Word and Excel experience, and professional communication skills are required, with experience in accounting and ADP payroll processing considered a plus.
