The slow moving storm system is slowly moving across Northern Utah today. Expect much cooler temps and periods of rain for Friday and a bit of Saturday morning. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH has been issued for the SE Highlands, and Western Wyoming mountains, until 6 p.m. Friday afternoon.

Friday, cloudy, with highs near 50° for the Snake River Plain. More rain and scattered showers likely. Snow levels down to 8000 feet. Chance of rain is 100%.

Tonight, overcast skies and cooler with temps steady near 40°. Showers likely especially from I-15 east into Wyoming. Snow levels dropping to around 7500 feet overnight. Chance of rain 70%.

Saturday, Chance of rain and mountain snow in the morning with drier conditions in the afternoon. Highs into the low 60’s with a partly cloudy skies by the afternoon. Chance of rain/snow is 30%.

Sunday & Monday, mostly sunny with highs near 70°.
