Woman arrested after hitting pedestrian with car in Pocatello

A pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a car at the intersection of Garrett and Gould at around 2:03 a.m. Sunday in Pocatello.

Pocatello Police said the vehicle was driven by Brandi N. Christensen,30. Christensen was arrested on felony charges of aggravated battery.

The pedestrian was transported to Portneuf Medical Center with severe injuries. The man is currently in critical condition with severe head injuries and is in a medically induced coma.
