Idaho Falls man arrested for statutory rape

Idaho Falls Police have arrested 19-year-old Dakota J. McClain on a warrant for statutory rape.

McClain, of Idaho Falls, was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.

According to the Police, McClain’s arrest stems from a police investigation that began in July. It was reported to police McClain had sexual relations with a 15-year-old Idaho Falls girl.

McClain was arrested at his residence in the 2100 block of Meppen Drive.
