Tucker Gerard crowned homecoming king for Bonneville High School

It’s homecoming weekend, and Tucker Gerard was named Bonneville High School’s 2016 homecoming king.

The students put on a pep rally on Thursday to crown their homecoming royalty.

Tucker is involved with the high school’s football team, and was quite surprised when he found out he was nominated last week.

“I’m really grateful!” Gerard said, with a huge smile.

“I’m a little bit overwhelmed,” said Gerard’s mother, Heather. “Tucker goes to school with some great students that have treated him really well from the time he was in elementary school. This was a total shock for us to have him be nominated, let alone win. He was just excited to be out on the floor for the nomination.”

Tucker will make his first appearance as homecoming royalty tomorrow night at Bonneville High School’s homecoming football game.
