Iowa man arrested for lewd conduct with Idaho Falls teen
31-year-old Kyle E. Townsend was arrested in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma on an Idaho Falls warrant for lewd conduct with a child under 16.
Townsend of Anamosa, Iowa, was arrested in September. He was extradited back to Idaho Falls on Oct. 6.
According to reports, Townsend’s arrest stems from an incident that occurred in Idaho Falls and reported to police on Feb. 17, 2015. Townsend had inappropriate relations with a 14-year-old Idaho Falls boy.
