AMBER Alert Cancelled for Post Falls girl

A six-year-old Post Falls girl at the center of an AMBER Alert was been found safe Monday afternoon.

Both Danika L. Packard and her mother, Tracy Packard, 35, were located by Spokane, WA Police officers.

In a news release, the Spokane Valley Sheriff says Danika’s father told police Tracy was ‘acting odd’ and stated she was pulling Danika from school to ‘go be with the Lord’.

Danika’s father stated Tracy has been acting strangely over the last few days. He stated this behavior is not normal at all and was fearful for Danika and Tracy’s safety.

Police have not said where the two were found or if charges will be filed.
