Leadore school teacher pleads for votes for his grant proposal

Leadore school teacher, Kevin Ramsey, put out this plea for Idahoans to vote online for his grant proposal so the school will get $100,000 from Farmers Insurance.

My name is Kevin Ramsey. I am a teacher at one of the smallest school districts in the State of Idaho. In August, I was chosen as one of fifteen finalists in the nation by Farmers Insurance to possibly win $100K for my school.

I know this is very unconventional but today we found out that we are in 8th place. The top 6 places win the grant at the end of the month. I am reaching out to you for help so we can do some real good for our school and community.

Will you please share this with the student body at your respective college, your communities, your viewing audience and anyone else that is willing to help the Leadore community win the Farmers Insurance Dream Big Grant?

Here is what we would like to happen. We need votes! Anyone 18 or older can vote once a day per email for our cause. In order for the vote to count, it needs to be verified by email. If it doesn’t get verified, it doesn’t count.

Here is a direct link to the voting.

Just scroll down and vote for Mr. Ramsey

We have been shown so much support already and we are very grateful. Will you help even more for the next five days?

Thank you.
