Unusually warm and sunny weather for Thursday! We’re still holding onto a ridge of high pressure over the Four Corners, giving us drier weather with more sunshine. Another wave of rain and high mountain snow moves in for Friday and the weekend. Thursday – Breezy and Sunny with highs near 70°. Southwest winds from 15-35mph. Tonight – mostly cloudy skies with a few showers starting to work in across Central Idaho. Lows will stay mild into the 40’s and low 50’s as we await the arrival of our next storm. Friday – Overcast skies with rain working in especially during the afternoon and evening. A 100% chance of showers. High near 60°. Breezy southwest winds from 15-30mph. Saturday – A slight chance of rain in the Plain, with most of the showers favoring the high country. Partly cloudy skies with highs into the lower 60’s. Sunday – WINDY with winds 20-30 mph. Mostly cloudy with A 90 percent chance of showers, and highs into the 50’s. Monday – Colder with more winds thanks to a cold front. Highs into the 40’s and lower 50’s and a slight chance of rain.
