Weekend Forecast, NOV 12th and 13th

The unprecedented ridge of high pressure that has been with us for so long now is slowly drifting off towards the East and weakening over the West. This will allow for some clouds to drift in over the weekend but still staying pretty sunny and warm. A weak cold front pushes into Central Idaho over the weekend, with a slight chance at rain and snow, with some wind returning. Cooler wet weather will dot the region for next week, with much colder air on Thursday. Saturday – Mostly sunny with some clouds starting to work in from the west. A slight chance of a mountain shower overnight. Highs near 60°. Sunday – Some morning clouds giving way to plenty of sunshine and mild temps into the upper 50’s. Breezy winds from the southwest at 15-30mph. Monday – Mostly cloudy, with a high near 58°, with a few isolated showers.
