Unfortunately, along with millions of holiday transactions comes a high incidence of fraud reports.

The Madison Police Crime Prevention Unit offers people Fraud Packets to fill out. What exactly is it? What type of information should you know before filling it out? And do these packets just get filed away to collect dust?
