Thursday, snow changing to rain throughout the morning and afternoon for the Snake River Plain with heavy snow expected into the high country. Brief period of freezing rain and ice possible for a few isolated areas especially into the Upper Snake River Plain. Highs warming into the 30’s and 40’s with a southwest wind from 15-30mph. Chance of precip 100%. Tonight, rain turning back over to snow as colder air advances back into the region. Temps steady into the 30’s. Chance of precip 100%. Friday, colder air returns switching all new falling moisture back to snow across the Snake River Plain with much more into the mountains. Chance of snow 100%. Saturday, Areas of fog. Otherwise, partly sunny, with a high near 10°. Saturday night, chance of fog and a few flurries, lows around 0° to -8° for the Snake River Plain. Sunday, Partly sunny with some fog and a few flurries. A high temp near 10°.
