A galaxy far, far away comes to Portneuf Medical Center

The Mandalorian Mercenary Costume Club and the Rocky Mountain Garrison Storm Trooper Ranch put a Star Wars spin on holiday fun at Portneuf Medical Center on Wednesday.

The two groups let kids, hospital staff and patients have a chance to take a picture with them in front of the Christmas tree in the lobby. One kid who came dressed up, too, as Star Wars character Kylo Ren.

It’s all about sharing the Star Wars love for the Mandalorian mercenary, Jawa and stormtroopers.

“Star Wars is a passion for all of us,” said the man dressed as a mercenary. “We enjoy sharing our passions with others around us. We like to share what makes us happy with other people.”

The groups also visited the hospital last week and decided to make another visit after having a great time.
