Detailed Forecast Dec. 28, 2016

Our quick moving snowstorm is racing off towards the east clearing us out for the rest of the week as high pressure returns to the Rockies! Winds stay breezy throughout the day as the cold front pushes thru, and then dims down by the evening as temps take a tumble.

Wednesday, a few snow showers with mostly cloudy skies before clearing begins giving way to some sunshine and cooler temps. Winds will start out breezy, but they should also die down by the afternoon. Highs staying into the 20’s and then dropping quickly during the evening.

Tonight, partly cloudy skies with lows near 0°. Winds becoming light and variable.

Thursday, a nice winter day. Highs in the teens and 20’s with partly cloudy to mostly clear skies. A good skiing, snowmobiling, or sledding kind of day.

Friday, milky sunshine with some higher clouds returning but overall fairly dry. Highs topping out into the 20’s and low 30’s.
