Two men arrested for possession of meth

Pocatello Police arrested two men Thursday afternoon after assisting a Probation and Parole search at 201 Taft.

Gary Potter, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and charged with possession of a controlled substance. In addition to suspected methamphetamine, police said Potter was also in possession of an AK-47 and was also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.

21-year-old Alexander Morse was arrested at the same time and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
