Although we are much drier than earlier this week, persistent northwest flow will keep us in the gray for days. Skies staying overcast with fog continuing to be an issue. The lack of sunshine will keep temps on the chilly side. Thursday, A 20 percent chance of snow especially over the Southern and Caribou Highlands. Overcast, with a high near 19°. Areas of freezing fog possible. West southwest wind around 5-10mph. Tonight, mostly cloudy skies with freezing fog for some valleys. Lows into the single digits. Few flurries are possible. Friday, Patchy freezing fog before noon. Partly sunny, with a high near 17°. Saturday and Sunday, mostly cloudy with a few glimpes of sunshine here and there. Light winds around 5-10 mph., with highs into the lower 20’s in the Snake River Plain.
