Another day in the gray. This will be a trend that will stick around through most of the weekend. Strong inversions will also be taking shape. Best opportunity for sunshine will be up into the high country. Friday, Fog and the stratus layer keeping us gray for a good chunk of the day. A few breaks in the cloud cover across the high country. Highs stay cold with temps into the 10’s and low 20’s. Tonight, overcast with freezing fog and a few flurries. Lows into the single digits along the I-15 corridor and well below zero in the mountain valleys. Saturday and Sunday, mostly cloudy with a few glimpes of sunshine here and there. Light winds around 5-10 mph., with highs into the lower 20’s in the Snake River Plain. Monday, Partly sunny, with a high near 25°.
