Seagull Bay exit closed because of heavy flooding

Parts of Power County are no exception to the recent flooding.

Exit 44 for Seagull Bay is currently closed because of recent flooding.

Several feet of water covers the roads and nearby fields. The water is so deep that half of the I-86 on ramp is covered. The water is also up to the base of the interstate signs and covers some of the guard rails.

There is no word yet on when the road is expected to reopen.
