ISU basketball player involved in police investigation

Idaho State senior guard Ethan Telfair is being investigated by the Pocatello Police Department.

The university gave out a statement that said “We’re aware of the investigation and we are working with the Pocatello Police Department to provide them with the information that they need.’

We reached out to detectives today but could not get a comment at this time.

Telfair is ISU’s leading scorer, averaging 17.4 PPG. He played in both of the Bengals road losses against Portland State and Sacramento State this week.

Telfair was suspended for three games back in November for disciplinary reasons.
