EIRMC to hold Heart and Health Fair

Saturday will be Eastern Idaho Medical Center’s 29th annual Heart and Health Fair.

People will be able to take advantage of free health screenings. About 500 people are expected to attend. Everything that will be offered at the fair tomorrow will be free.

You can get your blood pressure checked, have a body fat analysis and learn about cancer care. New to this year’s fair are the seminars. You can take sessions on radiotherapy, plant-based eating and learn about aneurysms.

“So tomorrow is EIRMC’s annual Heart and Health Fair. This is a great opportunity for people in our community to come out and check in on their own health. And they can do so while taking advantage of all the things that we’ll have here tomorrow. Everything is free,” said Jessica Clements the community relations specialist.

The Heart and Health Fair is Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the EIRMC Medical Office Building lobby.
