One man charged with attempted robbery

After working to track him down for over two weeks, Pocatello Police arrested Aaron William Hudson,28, on charges of attempted robbery Thursday. Police were called to 1010 N. Arthur at around 10:50 a.m. on February 18. According to reports, a male subject had attempted to forcefully take money from another person in the parking lot of a business. The victim defended himself and was not hurt, but the suspect ran away. Police were able to identify the suspect as Hudson. He was located Thursday at 784 Poole. Hudson was taken into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant and later charged with the attempted robbery. They said there was no indication that Hudson was armed with a weapon at the time of the attempted robbery. And, police do not think Hudson and the victim knew each other before the incident.
