I.F. woman arrested for possession after traffic stop

Idaho Falls Police arrested a woman for drug possession Tuesday night after she was pulled over during a routine traffic stop.

26-year-old Kelsey M. Holverson was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance Tuesday evening. She was also arrested on a Bonneville County warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to police reports, officers stopped a vehicle at Utah and Broadway around 8 p.m. for a traffic violation. Holverson, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was recognized as having a warrant. While she was placed under arrest she was found in possession of Methamphetamine, a glass pipe and a syringe.
