Chubbuck Police ask for help to identify robbery suspect

The Chubbuck Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify a man they say entered the Money Store at the Chubbuck Walmart and demanded money.

On May 5 officers responded to the store at 8:50 p.m. in reference to the robbery. The suspect entered the Wal-Mart store and approached an employee of The Money Store demanding money. He did not display a weapon during the robbery. He then left the area of the Wal-Mart in a white vehicle possibly a small SUV, or a Mini Van.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 60 years old, wearing a gray jacket with an orange stripe across the chest. He was also wearing blue jeans and a tan or cream colored beanie hat.

No one was injured during the robbery.
