Franklin County investigating missing person report
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office in Preston is investigating a missing person report. They are looking for 19-year-old Bailand Johnson who was last seen in the area of Albert Moser Campground at around 5:30 p.m. Thursday. and did not return as expected. Johnson was last seen wearing blue jeans and a gray sweatshirt. He had a small black puppy with him. The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who lives in the Cub River area to check their property along the river. People are advised to stay away from the river itself for safety reasons. Anyone who may have seen Johnson should contact the Sheriff’s Office at 208-852-1234.
