Weather update for May 29th & 30th

On Tuesday, most places will see sunshine and temperatures in the high 70’s and even into the 80’s. Wednesday night, a weak storm system will move through the region. A chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible on Thursday. Expected slightly cooler temperatures on Thursday as well.

The flood warning for the Big Wood River in Hailey continues, as well as the Bear River at the border. The National Weather Service has extended the flood warning for rain and snowmelt in Custer, Blaine and Northwestern Butte County.

Wednesday: Highs in the low to mid 80’s. Mostly Sunny.

Thursday: Highs in the low to high 70’s.
