Subway day of giving at IF Greenbelt

Tonight at 6 p.m. Subway will be providing subs to 200 homeless and low-income individuals at the Idaho Falls Greenbelt at the intersection of Memorial Boulevard and D Street.

Local Subway owners and the Idaho Falls Rescue Mission are putting on this annual “Day of Giving.”

Subway is also encouraging the community to give to the Rescue Mission.

Donations such as food, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, toothbrushes, toothpaste, socks, undergarments and gently used or new tennis shoes for men and women are needed.

Subway will provide a $6 cash card in exchange for donations dropped off at the mission at 830 Park Avenue, Idaho Falls.
