Weather update for July 1st & 2nd

A weak storm will move into the area within the next 24 hours which could create a few storms in the mountains.

For the work week, expect warm temperatures and low humidity.

Very warm for the 4th of July, again with a chance of thunderstorms, especially in the mountains. A Ridge of high pressure looks to develop over the Four Corners later into the workweek, that could send thunderstorms in our direction after the holiday.

Sunday: Mostly sunny with highs in the the mid to high 80’s.

Monday: Sunny with highs in the 90’s for the Snake Plain.

Tuesday: Sunny with highs in the high 80’s and mid to low 90’s.
