Bannock County bans open fires and fireworks

Bannock County Commissioners have signed a resolution banning open fires and fireworks in all unincorporated areas of the county until further notice. Commissioners noted there have already been several fires in the area and that dry conditions constitute a severe fire threat. The ban applies to solid fuel open fires and all fireworks. The ban does not include propane and charcoal briquette barbecue grills, burn barrels and designated fire pits. You can view the full resolution here.
