I-15 crash injures three

UPDATE 6:15 p.m. – Around 12:10 p.m. Wednesday, Idaho State Police said 33-year-old Dustin Stacey of Boise was driving a 2207 Pontiac G6 when the rear driver’s side tire blew. Stacey lost control of the vehicle and struck a 2016 Ford F550 driven by 58-year-old David Tanner Jr. of Blackfoot.

ISP said both vehicles rolled off the right shoulder of the interstate.

Stacey’s passenger 27-year-old Marianna Stacey and an infant were transported by ground ambulance to the Eastern Idaho Medical Center, and Tanner was transported by ground ambulance to Bingham Memorial.

ISP said all occupants were wearing seatbelts.

UPDATE 3:15 p.m. Both lanes are now open.

A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 is causing traffic delays.

The southbound lane near mile marker 96 near the Rose Road Exit is at a standstill.
