Joshua Holt injured in prison, denied medical treatment

Joshua Holt has suffered an injury in prison.

Holt’s mom, Laurie, said he fell about nine to ten feet getting off the top of three bunk beds. He hit his tailbone as well as his head.

Laurie Holt said he is not doing very well and he might have a bad concussion.

Holt’s lawyers have requested medical attention for him, but so far the jail has denied it. This is not the first time Josh Holt’s health has suffered and he has been denied any medical help.

A social media post has also been started in the United States to try and help get Josh and his wife Thamy Holt released.

The post encourages people to boycott Citgo Gas, which is owned by Venezuela. According to the post, the profits go to Venezuela’s president, Nicolas Maduro, who is holding Joshua and Thamy Holt.

The family hopes this post will gain momentum and help put some extra pressure on Venezuela’s goverment.

Holt lives in Utah but he and his family are originally from Pocatello.
